Recruitment privacy notice
This notice explains how KGNPAY PRIVATE LIMITED ("KGNPAY", "we") handles the personal information you provide when you apply for a job through this careers portal.
What we collect
- Contact details: name, email address, mobile number and current location.
- Professional details: qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, notice period, preferred location, and expected compensation where the vacancy asks for it.
- Documents you upload: resume, and optionally a cover letter and supporting documents.
- Records of your consent, the date and time of your application, and a one-way (hashed) form of your IP address used for spam and abuse prevention.
We do not ask for information such as religion, caste, gender, marital status, health or disability, and we do not use such information to rank or reject candidates. Please do not include it in your documents.
How we use it
- To assess your application for the vacancy you applied for.
- To contact you about your application, interviews and the outcome.
- If you are offered and accept a role, to start your employee onboarding.
- If you opt in, to inform you about future vacancies. You can opt out any time from the tracking page.
Who can see it
Only authorised KGNPAY staff involved in recruitment for the vacancy can access your application. Uploaded documents are stored privately and are not publicly accessible; every staff access is recorded.
How long we keep it
We keep application information for 12 months after the vacancy you applied for is closed. After that, your documents are deleted and your personal details are anonymised, unless you have joined KGNPAY as an employee.
Your choices
- You can view the status of your applications and withdraw an application at any time via Track my application.
- To ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your information, email careers@kgnpay.in from the email address you applied with.
